Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges if I change my mind?
Because every print is custom-made to order, I don’t accept returns. But I’m confident you’ll love your print — and if anything’s wrong, I’ll fix it fast.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
No worries — just send me a quick photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and I’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Email: dominic@drivenadventurer.com
Q: How long does shipping take?
Prints are produced locally by my production partners in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. In other territories delivery will take slightly longer due to international shipping.

Q: Where do you ship?
I ship worldwide, with a few minor exceptions — with free shipping included on all orders. Unfortunately I am unable to ship to countries in the EU or EFTA.
Q: What are the prints made from?
Premium aluminum (or aluminium, depending where you’re from!) — printed with rich, fade-resistant inks and a sleek satin finish. They’re durable, vibrant, and ready to hang.
